FI Mark – Verifying safety and quality for Finnish conditions

What is the feature of a safe electrical device, building material made of concrete, wood, plastic or steel? How do you know you are using a safe and inspected elevator? Is the quality of the product important?  On the global market different and complex markings may be confusing. Still more difficult it can be to make sure that the product is safe and of good quality. Therefore you should keep an eye on the FI mark!

FI mark is always a reliable verification that the product is suitable for Finnish conditions with e.g. cold winters affecting endurance of electrical devices and building material.

FI mark has already been granted for 30 years and behind the mark is leading companies in the testing, inspection and certification field – SGS Fimko and Kiwa Inspecta
